Pet-care supplier documents: match certificates and reports to the product
Separate company, ingredient and finished-product evidence before reviewing the scope, sample, method and current status.Existing manufacturing photograph; not a substitute for certificate scope or product reports.
A genuine certificate or report is a starting point for review, not blanket support for every marketing claim. Establish what the document concerns and whether it corresponds to the proposed product. Missing evidence and a failed test are different findings.
Identify the subject and scope of certification
Check the certified entity, certificate number, subject, covered activities or products and issuing body, including relevant attachments. Management-system, ingredient and product documents answer different questions.
A covered management-system activity does not establish every finished-product benefit. Ingredient documentation does not automatically certify a finished formulation containing that ingredient.
Connect the proposed product with the tested sample
Record the current product name, pack, manufacturer and available batch or traceable identifiers. Match these against the report’s sample details and obtain supporting submission records when required.
Keep missing matches open for verification instead of assuming similar names identify the same product. A teaching example is not a Timentall test result, production record or audit finding.
Then review methods, conditions, results and status
A result concerns the tested project and conditions; do not extend it to every use, batch or performance attribute. Read the test item, method, conditions and result together.
For certificates, review dates and confirm current status through the relevant issuing or verification channel. Preserve the source and date of your review. An unexpired date on paper does not establish that status has been checked.
Build the document list around the sourcing brief
State the category, destination, intended use and documents to be reviewed. Separate company-level, ingredient-level and finished-product evidence. Tiantai Biotechnology’s manufacturing page provides an existing starting point; current applicable records require project review.
An article or company film cannot replace certificate originals, scope attachments or product-specific reports. This guide contains no hypothetical factory records presented as fact and gives no universal overseas-compliance assurance.
