PROFESSIONAL GROOMING FLOW
A professional grooming flow
Professional grooming is not a collection of isolated actions. Each assessment changes the next choice of product, amount, contact time and drying method.Pre-grooming assessment
Check for visible skin abnormalities, knot locations, coat density, soil level and the pet's stress state. Obvious skin concerns should be referred for veterinary guidance before non-essential grooming.
Cleansing and conditioning
Wet thoroughly, dilute as directed, apply by section and massage before rinsing completely. When a rinse-off conditioner is needed, pre-disperse it and work by section after the shampoo has been fully rinsed.
Drying and final review
Choose towel drying, airflow, coat stretching and brushing according to coat type. Confirm that the skin, ear area, paws and knot-prone zones are dry and properly finished.
