- Destination market. Tell us where it will be sold, the label languages and any intended claims. Suitability, testing and documentation require market-specific review.
- Formula and scent. Bring a reference sample or describe the desired texture, fragrance and coat finish. A finished formula is not required for the first discussion.

What should we confirm first?
Can I start without a formula?
Yes. Share your market, intended routine and product positioning. We can discuss formulation, samples and packaging; the agreed proposal defines the scope.
Are 500 mL and 5 L the only OEM options?
They are sizes in the existing Timentall shampoo range. Custom capacity, packaging compatibility and quantity are reviewed per project; these examples are not fixed OEM commitments.
Do company certificates apply to every shampoo?
No. Company documents have specific scopes. Tell us your product and destination so we can review current, applicable records. Ingredient documentation is not certification of a finished shampoo.
How do I know my inquiry was received?
Prepare your draft, agree to share your details and confirm online submission when available. A receipt number confirms saving. If the outcome is unconfirmed, keep the draft and check the same submission rather than creating a duplicate.
